Non-refundable*: The guest pays the full price when booking the room. If the guest wants to cancel or doesn’t show up, there will be no refund.
Flexible 28 days*: The guest pays the full price when booking the room. The guest can cancel the reservation for free till 28 days before check in, and get a full refund.
If the guest cancels the reservation within the 28 days before check in or doesn’t show up, there will be no refund.
The resort cannot be held responsible if the flight or boat is delayed or cancelled. The resort is not obliged to provide a refund if the guest(s) check in a day late or wishes to cancel the booking.
Please be aware that travelling through Indonesia takes time. Flights and boats can be delayed or cancelled at any time, also without any information upfront. Please ensure you have adequate travel insurance that covers such situations. Also allow sufficient time for transfers.
